Ashley Fisher and David Havera were married at Christ Church Cathedral in downtown Louisville. They stayed at the Marriott, which was conveniently located within walking distance of both the church and the reception hall. I was second shooting for Robert Burge and spent the hours before the wedding with the groomsmen, photographing them in the hotel lobby, outside of the hotel and on the way to the church. The little courtyard next to the church also offered great opportunities for pictures before and after the wedding.
The reception was at the Pendennis Club, which was such a large facility that one could easily get lost in it. The rooms were large and offered the guests plenty of space to dance.
